SAGE Testing

It is that time of year again...SAGE Testing!

Please make sure your student gets plenty of rest and they eat a good breakfast so they are ready to test!

Here is the SAGE testing schedule:

April 30 – May 1:  5^th Grade LA Test

May 4-5:  3^rd Grade Math Test

May 7-8:  4^th Grade Math Test

May 11-12:  5^th Grade Math Test

May 13:  4^th Grade LA Test

May 14-15:  3^rd Grade LA Test

May 18-19:  4^th Grade Science Test

May 20:  4^th Grade LA Test

May 21-22:  5^th Grade Science Test

May 6, 13, 20, & 27:  SAGE Make-Up Day

DIBELS testing

May 26th for all grades

PRACTICE SCHEDULE
Monday, April 27 = Everyone!! (With parts memorized) 3-4 PM
Tuesday, April 28 = Everyone!! (DRESS REHEARSAL - We'll be getting DRESSED right after school.  This practice will probably go until 5:00 PM)

PERFORMANCES
Thursday, April 30 = Performance for the school at 1:15 PM
Friday, May 1 = Performance for parents at 6:00 PM, Doors will open at 5:30 PM

Please get your COSTUMES! Start smiling in your MIRRORS! Start getting into CHARACTER - be your animal.

SPRING BREAK

It is Box Elder School District's Spring Break Monday, April 6 - Friday, April 10th.  School will resume on Monday, April 13th.  Have fun and be safe!

February Parent Teacher Conferences

It is time for Parent Teacher Conferences at McKinley Elementary.  They will be held Wednesday, Feb. 18th from 2:30-6:30 PM and Thursday, Feb. 19th from 3:00-6:30 PM.  Kindergarten will also have conferences on Friday, Feb. 20th from 8 AM-3 PM.  There will be no school that day for KINDERGARTEN ONLY.

To schedule a time with your student's teacher, please click on the teacher's name below and it will take you to their Parent Teacher Conference webpage where you can sign up for a conference time.  It is very simple to use.  You just review the slot times and when you find one that works for you, push the "Sign Up" button next to the time slot you want and it puts a check mark in the box, then you push the "Submit and Sign Up" button at the bottom of the screen and follow the directions.  MAKE SURE TO PUT PARENT'S NAME IN THE SIGN UP WHERE IT ASKS FOR NAME AND EMAIL BUT PUT YOUR STUDENT'S NAME IN THE COMMENT BOX ON THE SIGN UP PAGE THAT IS AT THE TOP WHERE IT SHOWS THE CONFERENCE TIME YOU ARE SIGNING UP FOR.

SAGE Testing

We are excited to begin the writing portion of the SAGE Testing in the month of February!

Lost & Found

Please make sure to check the gym coat racks and shelves for any lost coats, gloves, hats, etc. that your student may be missing.  We will keep these items out through Parent Teacher Conferences in February, then we will send all items after that to a foundation in need of these items.
